Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same respect towards our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their agents can notify us of any infringing material through our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted material that has been infringed.
  3. Details of the infringing material and its location for easy removal.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement confirming the unauthorized use of the material.
  6. A declaration of the accuracy of the information provided.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresenting information in an infringement claim. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email.

We may share the identity of the claimant with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have it restored. The notification should include:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement asserting that the removal was a mistake.
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Send the counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We treat copyright infringement seriously and maintain a list of DMCA notices. Repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our DMCA policy at any time. Please revisit this page regularly for updates.
